Great company to work with! I have purchased a couple of properties. The staff is great and very helpful. They give you tons of information. Also the system they have setup to purchase is seamless. Thanks Guys!

Seamless process for any Investor. Communication is top-notch and always go above and beyond for their Sellers and Investors!

I just closed my 2nd deal with Tollgate Realty. Woohoo! With this deal, I partnered up with an Investor and it came with different challenges. I learned so much in the process, but again the support from the Tollgate Realty team was unbelievable!

I have been working with them from the beginning and bought a number of properties thru them over the last couple of years.
